Originally scheduled to be heard in mid-July, the SF Board of Supervisors has delayed a vote by the full board until it reconvenes after Labor Day. And, supporters may be reconsidering the best way to address issues the proposed tax seeks to address.
This delay and possible review is in no small measure due to a brave San Francisco hospitality industry voicing its opposition at press conferences, budget & finance committee meetings and hearings. Thanks to everyone who has participated so far; keep up the good work!
Keep sending those opposition letters…see the links to the right!
