WOULD YOU LIKE A FEE WITH THAT DRINK?
TELL THEM TO PUT A CORK IN IT!
In late July, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors is expected to vote on an alcohol tax increasing the cost of beer, wine and spirits by 6-9 percent. This tax will mean:
-
Lost jobs, higher prices and reduced sales, taking another bite out of the San Francisco economy and your pocketbook.
-
San Francisco businesses and residents are "nickeled and dimed" yet again, especially small businesses.
-
Working people are hit the hardest, kicking those already hurt most by the economic downturn.
Tell the Supervisors to oppose the alcohol "mitigation fee," or write your own letter in your own words.
